Yoga Nidra, known as 'yogic sleep' is a progressive relaxation practice that uses body scan, guided breathing, and sometimes sound bowls. This practice supports our body's regeneration process by bringing us into the parasympathetic nervous system, and slowing brain activity down to a theta (and sometimes delta) wave state. Refer to the resources below for more information and guided practices.
